We work through the entire project cycle, from early concept development work through to detail design and handover to construction. Depending on the contracting model our client prefers, we work client side developing design up to Detail Design for construction, or work EPC side designing plant and equipment on behalf of the EPC. We have developed a comprehensive set of tools and knowledge base, especially in our key market segments, including advanced analytics and modelling, so we can help refine project scope very early on in the process to make sure no opportunities are missed!

We don’t just design, we help build and safely commission projects, on behalf of the principal or construction company, typically helping to manage quality issues, compliance, and as-built verification. We also support the commissioning of plant, from general engineering support to full commissioning management, leading the commissioning and development of documentation required to deliver and closeout the works.

We support our clients with development, updating or implementation of relevant Asset Management system artefacts, or provide these services directly, through data analysis and modelling of field data to provide critical insights on performance, optimisation and compliance obligations.

Often missed or delivered late, operational readiness is fundamental to ensuring safe transition from project delivery and commissioning over to operations. We have provided full Operational Readiness services to a number of projects, providing a suite of operational documents and artefacts, embedding the operational and maintenance requirements, procedure and systems into the end user systems of work.
